These are just some of the pluses of the new factory standard. But first, let us present the mission. The goal of our engineering staff was to lighten the product and improve riding performance while maintaining the high quality standards that have always set us apart.

How did it work out?

Now our wheels weigh 2.67 kilograms less. Going so far as to remove 3.87 kilos by choosing the optional Titanium spokes.

But, how did we do it?

The rear wheel setup is designed specifically for a single-sided rear end. And so your wheels will be seen in the round, you will be able to appreciate the details and the impeccable care for every workmanship.

Racing rims are produced through a highly controlled and certified forging process. Only then are the rough rings mounted on five-axis CNC machines to be turned, milled and finished.

The technical workings, which are harmoniously repeated on the rims of your JoNich Racing wheels, are the result of maniacal attention to design, but that’s not all.

The requirement actually originates in the technical department. In fact, guaranteeing the safety standards that have always identified us, they are designed to lighten the product.

And when we do something we like to do it well, as well as beautiful.

Because it’s not just a matter of weight. In fact, by subtracting material on the rims, we have reduced the gyroscopic effect and peripheral masses that usually weigh down the wheels.

The Racing wheel centerpiece is machined from solid material through a turning process and then machined and finished on five-axis CNC machines. When producing our components, we always pay close attention to the type of process and machining, thinking about all the details. We work hard, you have fun.

The technical workings made on Racing hubs follow the same philosophy as those made on rims, both in technique and design.

The overall diameter has been reduced, and together with the lightening millings, we have succeeded in achieving the goals of our mission.

We have also paid great attention to the choice of materials that make up your JoNich Racing wheels. Rims and hubs are made of light alloy, and the rims are also available in a Carbon version.

Even more Racing, even more beautiful. The spoking, on the other hand, is made of Stainless Steel, and has been reduced by four units. Thus Racing wheels are even lighter.

And for perfectionists who want to take care of every detail, we give the option of choosing the Titanium version.
